This two bedroom / one bathroom apartment is located in a private residence, less than one kilometre from the Village of La Croix Valmer (Saint-Tropez Peninsula) and 1,5km from a see.
45 sqm is suitable for 5 people maxi. It has a terrace and a small private garden from which you have access to the shared swimming pool and tennis court of the residence.
In a main living area you have a double convertible sofa bed, a coffee table and a cupboard as well as a stereo. This lounge has a large French door leading to the terrace and the small garden.
From here you have access to a wooden stair giving access to a mezzanine sleeping space with a double bed (mattress on the floor) and a small window.

The open kitchen is at the back of the room. It is separated from the living space by a small counter. It is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, two electric plates, a microwave oven (multifunction) and a dishwasher.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a small dressing table. There is a TV and a window facing south. Next to the bedroom is a large wardrobe.
From this bedroom you have access to a small bedroom, furnished with two single bunk beds.
There is a small window facing north.

The tiled bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror and a washing machine. There is a separate WC.

There is a large parking space .
