Skip the hotel, experience Paris like a true Parisian! Available May 5-12.

Excellent location in a central and safe neighborhood (northern 15th arrondissement) with lots of shopping/restaurants, just a 10 min. walk from the Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire and the Trocadero. Our apartment is convenient to 3 metro lines (Metro La Motte-Piquet Grenelle, lines 6, 8, 10). The metro takes you to St. Germain, the Opera, Concorde, Tuileries Gardens & the Louvre, Champs Elysees and many other 'hot spots' in 10 minutes. Very easy access to Versailles by train or car.

The apartment is right next door to rue de Commerce, one of Paris' most charming and authentic shopping streets. For a true cultural experience, there is a fantastic open air food market around the corner on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. For grocery shopping, there is a large supermarket just 2 blocks away next to the metro station. See map link below:

Turn-of-the-century building, second floor (American 3rd), no elevator, large balcony, bright & sunny, hardwood floors, marble fireplaces, crown moldings, tastefully & comfortably furnished, queen size bed in bedroom plus queen size sofa bed in living room. Possible to use the apartment as a 2-bedroom, as all rooms are accessed from central entryway. Oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, stereo, high-speed internet access (WiFi) and free international calling to US, Canada and Europe. Linens provided.

Perfect for a couple or 2 friends travelling together, but sleeps up to 4 people. Non-smokers only please.
