Charming, well furnished 23m studio in the 15th arrondissement. This studio is located in a calm and bourgeois neighborhood only 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower. It is also in walking proximity of the metro stops of Vaugirard and Volontaires (metro #12) which offers guests the opportunity to travel directly to Place de la Concorde quickly and gain other metro stations to move quickly in Paris.
This studio is on the 5th floor of a 19th century building that does not have an elevator. Filled with light, this comfortable studio is made up of a big main room with a kitchen in the corner well equipped, including a fully equipped bathroom. The double sofa bed (130x190cm) sleeps 2 people, and there is also a single bed (80x190cm) available for a third occupant.
The street where this accommodation is located is called rue Blomet which is a small tranquil street known for "Le Bal Ngre" one of many festive occasions to be enjoyed in Montparnasse. 45 rue Blomet, a building close to the studio, is what the great painters Mir and Masson used as a workshop. Within 50m of the accommodation, there's a very quaint and typically Parisian plaza surrounded by cafes and terraces to have a relaxing drink. Around the plaza there are also numerous stores including a boulangerie, a butcher, organic grocery store, numerous restaurants, as well as a supermarket.
