Apartment all renoved, very comfortable and lovely (70 sqm).

The apartment is in an old building , completly renoved just recently, rue du Roule. Its only a few steps from le LOUVRE and the MUSEUMS , one minute walking from the RIVER SEINE and three stations (10 minutes) from CHAMPS-ELYSEES.and ILE SAINT LOUIS.
,Rue de rivoli ,Samaritaine at 50 metres ...the situation is really good .
.THE: Market MONTORGUEIL, at 2 minutes walking,you can find plenty restaurants, bars ,cafs, club ,stores, many shops :
,FORUM DES HALLES, at 100 meters ,you can do shopping a lot!!! ,shops ,many cinemas and theaters, flowers, docteurs at 50 meters.....
