Very nice studio in an older building located in the core of Paris (second district, pedestrian area).
It's clean and modern and has been completely renovated 3 years ago with an artist touch. Only 22 square meters but has a real kitchen and a nice bathroom. From there you can go everywhere by foot or if you prefer, Chatelet station is only 5mn walk. It's perfect for 2 people who wants to visit Paris and discover a charming old area. I'd like to swap it for a Manhattan flat during holidays from july 7th to 15th. It's a second home so if you can make your appartment free from july 7th to 15th, you can chose your week to come in Paris in july.
