We are Valerie & Antoine, a young french couple of 27 & 29. Valerie is an artist working in a museum, I'm history teacher in Paris and we'd like to rent our studio 2 weeks in May.
We can rent it from May 10th to May 27th, but we can manage to be flexible for several days.
It is a beautiful studio with all facilities (wi-fi, TV, music, kitchen full-equiped, linens...) with a bathroom with shower and independent toilets.
There is a bed for 2(a couple) or one person.
It is in a very safe area in central Paris, Oberkampf, 2 minutes walk from "le marais" and very near 3 metro stations (Oberkampf / Parmentier).
It is in a very quiet building (with a caretaker) at the 4th and last floor (nobody upstairs !) giving on a yard and not on a noisy street.
Oberkampf street is very fashion and trendy with many shops, bars...
It is oberkampf street 36th (just have a look on a map !).
Don't hesitate to ask us for more information or more pictures.
The flat is often rented to american people who enjoy the area and the flat.
We ask for a deposit and a guarantee.
Rates :
900 euros / 14 nights.
500 euros for 7 nights.
50 euros for each additional night.
