Room for rent in a 3 floors appartment in the belleville area, near by 'rue Oberkampf'
nightlife spots and the lovely parc de Belleville
(between 11th,10th,20th and 19th)
the best neighborhood in Paris !

i'ts particularly CALM and clear
there's a private outdoor terrasse full of plants with a barbecue spot (springtime is coming !)

the kitchen is very fonctional and fully equiped + washing machine
the living room is large and clear
the room is on the first floor
there's 2 windows (terrasse and garden view)
you'll have your own bathroom inside
there's a large and original desk
and a large double bed
(You can have the room furnished or unfurnished)
there's also a wifi connection with locals and international land phone calls free

you'll share the appartment with Dag, he's a photographer (31)
very calm, responsible and clean, non-smoker
he has his room on the second floor, with his own bathroom and toilet

the rent is 700 euros/month all included
