The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais (hip central area) 1 to 3 minutes from Rambuteau and Hotel de Ville metro stations. The Seine river is only a few steps away. The neighbourhood is full of activities (bars, restaurants, museums, shopping) with all the local food stores and commodities.
The apartment is big (around 120m), typical Parisian and full of charm, right under the roof, very quiet with a lot of light.
The room to rent is large (around 20m), very quiet, with a lot of privacy (private bathroom and independent access to entrance). The bathroom is modern, with shower, sink, and toilets. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, chair, lamp, shelves and closets.
The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing-machine/drier, fridge &freezer. We have unlimited wireless internet access, unlimited free phone to over 30 destinations and cable tv.
Your future roommates are a young couple, Kobi, 26, Israeli, young Chef and Annabelle, 25, French, studying fashion design. We are looking for someone really cool and easy-going to have fun.
The room is available from the beginning of May, for mid-term to long-term contracts, but we can be flexible on the dates.
The rent (900/ month) includes electricity, water, utilities and all bills except the phone extras.
