Art educator looking for a roommate to share an 80m2 apartment in central paris from 2 - 6 months. The apartment is fully furnished, light, quiet, high ceilings and with a garden view making it a great place to write or study. The 30m2 room I am renting is in fact its own independent studio, includes double bed futon and fully equipped kitchen including washer and espresso machine. I live in a second studio. The bathroom is shared but its quite large with tub and shower and there is a separate WC.

The metro is 3 min from the door and also a bus just outside that can take you directly to the other end of Paris(Montparnasse). It is a very trendy, animated , bohemian neighborhood with lots of bars and shops as well as being one of the most inexpensive places in Paris to live. The Marais is a 10 minute walk and Oberkampf district is just around the corner.

I would prefer to share with someone who is responsible and calm. It would be ideal for someone who writes or does research. The rent is 500 but does not include electricity or phone. I have internet, phone and cable tv with unlimited free fixed phone connection to Europe, Asia, US and Canada ( and most recently Poland). The base charge is 30 euros for telephone. The electricity costs from 50 100 euros a month depending on usage.

There will be a key deposit of 150 euros
