Stay in this quiet 1 bedroom apartment, 32, located in an ancient building on the rue de Montreuil, at the back of a cute paved courtyard with green plants and small ateliers.
Between Nation and Bastille , popular and typically parisian areas.
1st floor, no elevator. when entering the apartment you'll see the main room with a sofa convertible into a bed for 2, a table for 4, an authentic marble fire place, a TV, and a small table.
After the livingroom, come into the bedroom, clear and convenient with a large bed, all kinds of storages, wardrobe, shelves, and a window with a view on the quiet courtyard and the fruit trees of the neighbour that will give you plums in the summer
Behind the livingroom, the kitchen offers you a fridge, burners, washingmachine, all the dishes, pots, pans for 4 you will need, and a window .In front of the kitchen is the bathroom, with shower, basin, toilets.

Closest Metro: Faidherbe-Chaligny and Reuilly-Diderot, on line 8, are a five minutes walk, and Nation RER A direct to Chatelet, heart of Paris and La Defense, plus line 1,2,6 and 9, is a ten minutes walk. you'll be a few minutes ride from the great spots of Paris.
Price per month : 1100 euros all charges included except electricity.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Agency fees apply as follow (the owner requires 3 months lease minimum).
3 to 5 months : maximum agency fees half a month.
From 5 months to 06 months : maximum agency fees 75% of 1 month rent
