MARTIN PARR
An invitation to join in a moment of everyday life is inherent in each of Martin Parr's photographs. For over 35 years, Parr has been at the forefront of British photography. Colorful, sometimes comic, or tinged with a retro innocence, each of his photos - whether taken in Britain, Tokyo, Las Vegas or Oregon - is a split second of life's many celebrations. The current exhibition, in the heart of the Marais, was produced by London's Barbican Center.

Martin Parr, oeuvres 1971-2000. Maison Européenne de la Photographie. Through September 18. Open daily 11am-8pm. Closed Monday. 5-7 rue Fourcy, 75004. Metro Saint-Paul.

so the last exhibition ended on September 14, that's a pity, I would have visited it if I had known about it.
