If your German boyfriend gives you unwrapped flowers it obviously doesn't men he picked them up near your house. It's just that in Germany it is used to unwrap the flowers before giving them to somebody.

Impudent Canadians
In a restaurant with your Canadian boyfriend, he will pay you a lot of attention and you'll be happy with that. However it's enough that the waiter brings the cheque and he'll will be staring at you with huge eyes. Is he waiting for you to pay the dinner? What greediness, you may think. Oh but no! I lived in South Korea for a few years as an English teacher and it is comletely different totally for dating in Korea compared to England or France. Very very different. What are your thoughts on dating Koreans?

Dating someone of another culture is a good way to make friends for life, to discover other cultures, and maybe even find a partner. But, understanding, patience, acceptance and commitment are core activities. When the day a person of another culture, more opportunities for misunderstandings and communication problems, when one day their culture. Relationship is hard work, a lot of compromises and a lot of patience and understanding from both sides. Depending on the culture of any other person to find both very disappointed, because unrealistic expectations and cultural differences.

How about the French and the Italians?

I have recently discovered a nice group that organizes cultural events in Paris. I have been to several events, including a weekend trip and I have had some really positive experience. The people I have met are mostly expatriates and exchange students and overall attitude is positive and relaxed.

I thought I would share it with people on this forum. This group is located on meet up website and called "travel and excursion in France and Europe"

They have upcoming tour to Champagne, might be a nice opportunity to meet some new people.
