Hi, I will be traveling to Paris on either January 3rd or 4th. I am a US citizen using only a US passport. (so, only a 90-day tourist pass). How often does it snow in Paris during these months (Jan - April)? Is it, on average, extremely cold during these months? Any suggestions on clothing during this time?
