Are you sure you want to loose your time in Montmartre; I really dislike this neibourhood much prefer Quartier Latin actually all other arrondissements than this one.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, it is a little magazine that you can find almost anywhere, it is usually on top of the little counter with outside magazine vendors.

I just loved Paris, there is nothing I did not like. I had a hard time finding restaurants and yes it was so romantic, beautiful, breataking. I wish I could live there for the rest of my life.

I don't know if I can do this but I use ratestogo.com and most hotels there were good.

Check in Rick Steves guide and for me it was the best one he gave tons of little tricks that I used during my trip.

Check in Paris scope you might be able to find some.
