It is not a secret that stress is a dangerous phenomenon that along with the continuous aspect of it can cause light to more complex health problems. Stress can be a result of different factors. I came aware of this when I was dealing with too many activities, and I had to share them all every day. This creates a permanent feeling of discomfort as you always think of the responsibilities you are engaged with and what tasks need to be completed first or how can they be managed more efficiently. The down effect of all this information was a regular pain in the heart zone. That was a moment when I realized measures need to be taken fast. The most incredible thing that I discovered along the pass way of solving this problem was that many problems of our health come from inside us, and are based on our psychological factor. As soon as I started to communicate with other people who deal with practically no activities during regular days, I somehow managed to rebalance my energy. At least this is my explanation. Anyway the point is that stress can be managed and it is all about our psychology; remember that, and you’ll be able to find the cure. Though visiting a specialist is always a good option.

we can avoid stress by not taking too much to the heart. Maybe the problem is not so dangerous as it seems, but, the mind tends to complicate things. Remember the song "Relax, take it easy...", and follow it, as it really helps.

Many people think they understand what their actions and know exactly what is the stress caused by. But, they are mistaken and therefore suffer longer because they avoid visiting a doctor.

There are two kinds of stress: positive & negative.
Stress is necessary for our normal life & development. But huge number of stress is really dangerous for health - no matter is it positive or negative.

Hi, That's true, stress is not good for health , I think to avoid stress we should get ourselves involved in some creative things, like Painting etc. :D

Stress badly affect the health.

Stress is dangerous for our health. It destroy our life completely and one day we lost our life. With stress we are not in the position to take any decision . So stress should be deleted from our life. We should not think negative . With this we can reduce stress from our life and become healthy.

Its a really nice thread.. yes stress surely effects our health.. it create disorders if not properly handles at the initial stage.. i have been in that place.. and it is really bad experience being there.. stay away from stress friends.. tc

This is really nice thread. You have given really good information. It is true that stress is very harmful to health. If you have any tension it will automatically harmful for your body as well as your mental health.

Great read and I agree with your posting.
To manage stress we must do exercise regularly and eat strict diet plan.
Listening your favorite track, watching funny movie, taking deep breath in fresh air are also effective in reducing stress.

Stress is not good for health. Stress is a part of life but it is up to you that how you manage and deal with it. Stress is not good for brain because we think lot about something which is harmful for brain. We should do some techniques to reduce the stress level.

benefits of exercise canalso help reduce stress while improving mood.
30 to 40 minutesof exercise 3 to 4 times a week is all that is needed.
