DIET TO HELP MANAGE STRESS (HF)
Lately, a lot of people have sent in sms and emails concerning diets that can help them reduce stress. For instant, Kelvin wrote in from New-York, “After each working day, I get back home exhausted and worn out. This condition has been on for a very long time to the extent that I cannot satisfy my wife sexually. I normally dodge her advances due to lack of strength. I have visited my doctor who said my problem is cause by stress after a long day job. Please help me with some diets o alleviate stress.” Another troubled patient wrote in from California, “What kind of food do I need to reduce stress? It is killing me” yet another reader wrote in from Houston Texas, “Are there diet that can manage stress” the list goes on.
Stress is one of the commonest problems in this age of busy life styles. While it may not be possible to do away with stress completely, we can surely control it. Besides many other efficient ways to reduce stress, like playing games and listening to music, paying attention on what you eat is also an important way to manage stress. Below are some foods that can help you in this regard.

WATER:
Otherwise known as water therapy, this is a very efficient but cheap way to reduce stress successfully. Unfortunately, many people are oblivious of this magical way. How does water help us to reduce stress? Water is a very important substance in the body’s metabolism, which helps our body to release many poisonous substances that can cause stress.

BEEF:
Beef can help reduce stress because it contains some stress reducing nutrients like vitamin B. beef also has a high amount of iron. However, like any other food, avoid eating too much of it to avoid some harmful effects say you are place on weight reduction diet or a woman with case of fibroid. To determine the amount of beef that would be reasonable for your body, you should seek the advice of a doctor or a nutritionist.

FRUITS:
Fruits are always a source of good health. One of their benefit is their ability to help reduce stress in the body. There are different kinds of fruits like apple, bananas and oranges with various vitamins like E, A and C which are very good for the body. If you don’t want to eat the fruits directly, you can use them to make various kinds of fruits juices but make sure it is natural even when they are turned into juice; they still retain their nutritional values.

HONEY WITH CARROT JUICE:
Carrot is an organic plant root that is rich in vitamins and minerals and fiber that helps the body to fight against diseases reduce stress and maintain good health. Carrot Juice is a nutritious drink and easy to make. Experiment with different fruits to vary the sweetness, taste and flavors.

FISH AND MILK:
Vitamin B, including B2, B6 and B12 are very good at preventing or removing stress. These vitamins are present in tuna and milk. Do not forget to add there foods into the daily menu of your family, to be free from stress.

SWEEY POTATOES: :)
Sweet potatoes are particularly useful for stress reduction. They come handy in satisfying the urge for carbohydrates and sweets when we are under a great deal of stress. Instead of reaching for a donut, eat one of these. They are full of beta-carotene and other vitamins, and the fibre helps your body to process the carbohydrate in a slow and steady manner.

In conclusion, foods with high level of protein such as eggs, milk and meat are very good for your health because protein is one of the basic compositions of cells. However, eating too many foods like that in a day can lead to problems in digestion and cause a lot of inconvenience. Therefore, before deciding to eat any food, you should pay attention to defining the amount that will be reasonable for your body. In order to remove stress from your body, you should not only pay attention to foods that can help you release stress, you should also avoid foods that can bring you stress. These include stimulants like coffee, alcohol and cigarettes. `enjoy happy life in good health’ :wavey:

Re: DIET TO HELP MANAGE STRESS

Stress affects all students, from graduate level to those in the kindergarten. The term stress refers to the response you have when facing circumstances that force you to act, change or adjust in some way to keep things balanced. It is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. In the right dose, stress can be healthy or even enjoyable. However, stress can be very damaging for students when it becomes excessive. It can harm students' health, happiness, performance, relationships and personal development. This article will deal with management of negative stress.

Causes Of Stress In Students

Causes of stress in school children include; bullies, a mismatch between student and teacher, concerns about not having enough friends, not in the same class as friends, peer pressure, lack of family time, over scheduling of extra-curricular activities, insufficient sleep, poor diet, lack of preparation, noise pollution among others.

As the students progress to a different level the causes of stress often increase. When students go to college or university, they have to contend with leaving their parents and beginning the process of finding their own identity as adults and their place in the world. The main causes of stress here will therefore include; the new university or college environment, payment of fees, the new relationships formed, the competitive circumstances, exams, lack of proper time management techniques, peer and parental pressure.

How Students Can Manage Stress

Students can manage stress using various techniques. The most important of these are;

1. Learning to manage their time wisely. This is done by setting up a study schedule, breaking up studies into smaller chunks. In short, students are advised to formulate, with the help of their teachers and parents, study timetables and adhere to them.
2. The student will also need to have a system of organization for note-taking, keeping track of assignments and other important papers.
3. Creating a good study environment is also a great tool for stress management. Students have different study habits. While some need a completely quiet room free from interruptions, others actually study better listening to quiet music in the background. A student should pick which is best for him or her.
4. Determining the most appropriate learning style: whether the student is a visual, kinesthetic or auditory learner. Tailoring your study practices around your particular learning styles makes success easier to attain and keeps stress at bay.
5. Using relaxation techniques like deep breathing, visualization or imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation and yoga. Additionally, being optimistic will help students become healthier, less stressed and more successful.
6. Learning how to budget money, spend wisely and pay bills on time, if any, is very important for the student's survival and will lower stress levels.
7. Lastly, students must take care of their bodies and minds by getting proper nutrition, getting some form of physical exercise and getting enough sleep. Seven hours of sleep each night is recommended for optimum body and brain function. Naps, not exceeding one hour, should also be taken when needed.

Following these tips will help you greatly to reduce the stress and it might even help to improve your performance on exams.

Sorry if I am going out of discussion.
I have seen many people always speak  stress.............?????@@@@@. WHY? I don't even they are not engage with any serious problem. When the time come to face the challenge or big problem they fail :suicide: because of ther habit of getting stress all the time.
Moral of the story is let the problem come to us we'll see, and put effort so solve that genius problem.

NEVER WORRY FOR THE PROBLEM, WHICH IS STILL TO COME!
