These are prepaid, "Nomad" SIM cards which is a Bouygues account. All you have to do is buy more minutes, no activation required. It comes with a basic Sagem MyX1-2 cell phone, charger, earpiece and instructions booklet. These are used phones (remaining phones of a phone service provided for a study abroad program). These are great for students, for your children to keep track of them after school, or even if you are here on vacation for a week with family and want a cheap way to keep in touch. Recharging the phone is easy, you buy minutes anywhere Bouygues cards are sold (tabacs usually). They range from ten euros on up.
