| Living in Paris can be stressful, to say the least. The Grinberg Method® uses touch, breathing, and body awareness to teach you to identify where you're holding stress, and how to let it go. This method is well known in Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Spain, and is growing here in France.
I'm a first-year student in the Grinberg practitioner training program and can teach you to help yourself with fatigue, chronic pain, lack of energy, headaches, anxiety, and much more.
