In conditions of zero gravity, liquids move up. That's why the nose is permanently blocked, and the face becomes "pumped-up". Cosmonauts' height increases in space.
In the result of an experiment, when a pregnant rat was sent to space, it was determined that the development of the child in space is almost impossible.
A very good point is that in space the cosmonauts don't snore. It seems that women should start living with their snoring husbands in space :)
