I am renting a room in a 50 sq. mt. furnished apartment. It is available from the 25th of June until the 30th of September. It is located in a very pretty neighborhood next to the Bois De Bologne Park and Roland Garos. Metro line 9-Marcel Sembat is conveniently located.

Rental fees:
400 euros/month + 800 euros deposit.
Monthly rent includes charges, electricity gas, central heating, unlimited internet access, and cable TV with more than 100 channels.
