Hello everyone,
I am renting out my apartment which has just been totally renovated. A 5 minute walk from the river Seine (not even 5 minutes I think), located in a very Parisian neighbourhood with an open air market, one of the best bakeries in the city, two wine cellars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very calm, very bright and I really hope your stay in Paris will be more super enjoyable here.

7th floor/top floor with elevator.
One bedroom with queen-size bed and excellent bedding.
One big living room with two comfortable sofa beds.
Bathroom with bath tub.
Separate toilet.
Kitchen with all the equipment needed to do the cooking.

Rue Saint-Charles 75015 Paris :
Metro Stations : Boucicaut, Javel, Charles Michel.
10 minutes away from the Eiffel tower (you can even walk along the river to it).
15 minutes away from LATIN QUARTER / ST MICHEL / NOTRE DAME.
15 minutes away from CHAMPS-ELYSEES / CONCORDE / OPERA.
20 minutes away from CHATEAU DE VERSAILLES (thanks to a very neat metro station).
15 minutes away from PORTE DE VERSAILLES.

Finally, AMENITIES :

Broadband wireless Internet, cable TV, washing machine, oven, stove, micro-wave, all the necessary silverware, boiler, toaster, coffee machine, free tea and coffee…
