No internet connection, no washing machine (however you can find both 5 minutes walk distance) and no elevator (however 3th floor only).
Very bright, typical parisian neighbourhood, Best wine ceilar (Aug), Best bakery (Kayser), Supermarket open till midnight (Daily Monop).
Perfect place for a nice stay in Paris.
