122 Avenue Daumesnil is in the 12th arrondisment and is a 5 minute walk to Gare de Lyon and is on the 8th floor with an elevator. 4 Metros down the street and there are all the shops and neccesities, nearby. There is also an area to store your bikes, if you want.
