New York photographer based in Paris...
I've been subletting a great place in central Paris for some
years but have to move this summer or September (move date is flexible)
because the person I'm subletting from is returning.
I'm looking to rent a space long term (one year minimum).
35m2 minimum (including a space/room of 20m2)
800 Euros maximum - preferably unfurnished
Very luminous and high ceilings would be great
but you can't have everything right?
If the place is old and in bad condition that's fine
as long as there is electricity, running water and toilet.
