If you are coming to Paris , and you are looking for a place to stay for a short period of time ( 1,2 maybe 3 MONTHS)this is the place for you... for 4 main reasons:
1) it is a very nice apartment divided in 2 floors, with a big bathtub ( very rare for Paris), amazing decoration, home cinema, american kitchen, fully furnished, internet connection, free phone calls to the US and some other countries, very beautiful ...
2) location.... The apartment is located on the street of the Pantheon.. if you stand in fronf of it , you have the Pantheon in one side ,and you see Notre Dame from the other.... lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, theaters, movie theaters, shopping places ... all walking distance ( it could go from 2 minutes to 20 minutes away) , on top of that you are also near some of the major attractions in Paris such as Notre Dame, Pantheon, St Germain cathedral, La Sorbonne, St michel fountain, luxembourg gardens,Saint chapelle, la conciergerie, Ile St. Louis, Saint Sulpice,les deux margots, arab institut... all of these less than 10 minutes walk if you are a slow walker.... if you like walking and are willing to walk for about 20 minutes then you can walk to Centre Pompidou, Hotel de ville, Marais, place de voges,
Plus you have line 10 and line 4 on the metro as well as 10 bus lines that will drop you at the door of the main attractions in Paris.
3)You can have a typical parisian life : there are 3 boulangeries, 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, and there is a open air market less than 2 minutes away that takes place 3 times a week.
4) My roommate is very cool... She is very friendly and can introduce you to people ... She speaks good English given that she has lived in California before... she is very nice....
