A sunny room(20m2) with a TV, overlooking a garden, in a big house, separate entrance. In a safe, quiet neighbourhood, 6 min. on a train from Gare de Lyon. Kitchen and bathroom shared with three other persons, French and friendly, speak English: 2 students (a couple), and the house owner. The room available as of now until end of April and possibly longer except the 28 March 3 April.

Price: 200euro/week; 350/2 weeks; 500/3 weeks or 600/month. Utilities included (free use of tel. for local calls).
