Incredibly well located studio, newly renovated by architect, this beautiful oasis is in the Marais district in the center of Paris, near Metro stations Chatelet/Les Halles, Rambuteau and Etienne Marcel, just down the street from the Centre Pompidou. You'll find this sweet, secluded apartment to be right in the heart of everything. It has high beamed ceilings and a small private patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, cable, CD player, stereo, high-speed internet access, WIFI. The telephone service includes free calls to fixed phones throughout Europe and North America.

It is one flight up from the street - there is an elevator - but the apartment is on level with a private courtyard, and you have a small patio to yourself. There is a large bed for two people, dining for two, two easy chairs - it is a comfortable two person apartment. The kitchen has a full refrigerator and freezer, sink, electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, glasses and dishes, pots and pans. The bathroom has a full tub with enclosure. We supply sheets and towels, everything you need to just drop your bags and enjoy the town.

We ask 600 per week for stays less than a month, when we have gaps in our schedule we will rent for less than a week at 130 per night. For longer period rentals, we ask 1800 per month.
