This is a wonderful apartment on the seventh floor of a well maintained building, the elevator goes up to the sixth floor then you have to walk up one flight of stairs. That puts you in a spectacular setting - from the wrap-around balcony, surrounded by flowers, you gaze out over the rooftops of Paris towards the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, the dome of the Academie Francaise; your visit to Paris could be complete right there, but there's more. The charming apartment is right in the heart of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement in the ever-so-trendy Oberkampf quarter, walking distance from great restaurants, galleries, museums and shopping.

The living room has a fold-out sofa bed, as does the bedroom. There is internet and telephone, a fairly ancient TV and an excellent stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners, traditional oven, refrigerator and freezer, pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. The bathroom is a separate toilet room and shower room, there is no tub.

The owner is interested in renting it out for all or part of the month of August. He would like someone who will respect his personal items and water his beautiful plants, and is asking 800 euros per week, 1500 euros for two weeks, 1800 for three weeks or 2000 euros for the entire month.
