The Big Plus: Location at the border of the 5th district. Easy access to all major site... walking ! Very affordable rate for that area of Paris... and you can book for 3, 5, 7 or more nights.
Location : Close to the apartment is the known establishment La Manufacture des Gobelins, a tapestry factory dating back to 1440 founded by the Gobelins brothers, whose work originally was for the Palace of Versailles. Near by is the Place d'Italie, popular for their Chinatown district. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
