fully equiped kitchen, washing machine
no internet access but you can easily subscribe a wifi connexion and there a web caf right in the street
it's a nice area with subway and bus stations, markets and shops nearby
the closest subway station is only two minutes walk
5 minutes by subway to the very center of Paris
