Hello everybody,

It was very hard for me to find an apartment in Paris.

Each time I’ve thought that I had found the perfect place for my 4 months of stay, I was told that I had to stay in the apartment for at least 1 year, some of them told me I could stay for 6 months but the documents they asked for we are not really easy to get specially not being French.

After having spent entire days at a hotel and then at my friend’s ”appartement Parisien” (which means tiny little space in Paris) looking for a place to stay. I’ve finally found what they call “location saissoniere” these are apartments that are rented for short term visits, starting at 3 nights and which could go up to 6 months.

These kind of agencies offer completely furnished apartments and always have well placed options for students, families or business people who would like to be near to public transport services , touristic places, night clubs and shopping centers.

The one that I know is called Les Studios de Paris, they speak several languages so it makes it easier for you to understand the terms and conditions, they have very nice apartments near to Montmartre the boheme neighborhood and I know they also have apartments in other cool places around the city.
